So I've been a Fitbit user since the very first pod/step counter arrived that attached to your belt. In fact I found it recently and it still worked! So over the course of time have upgraded to different better versions of Fitbit tech! I now own a Sense and decided to keep the premium features, WHY I wonder as, they will be discontinued and some don't even work, I don't get a Daily readiness score, haven't since January 2023, I don't get most of the health features even though I wear my watch 24/7 except for 20 mins when I'm in the shower and it's on charge, so please be kind enough to explain, what the Dickens I am paying £8.99 a month for as a friend pays nothing and gets what I get, and pay absolutely nothing. Frankly I am so disillusioned I'm looking at a Garmin or Withings, it's not exactly what I want as I likey Fitbit but I feel robbed and cheated frankly. Yours completely disgruntled.....

@Ladycaz I didn't get a stress management score for a while had to remove the tile and then re-add it and go through all the prompts to get it back. Maybe do that for the Daily Readiness score.

Fitbit Ionic 72.1.15 (recalled), Fitbit Sense 128.6.17 and Pixel Watch 2 BP1A.250305.019.W8, March 2025.

Hi @Ladycaz - If things are not working try first doing a watch restart,  and as it could be an app glitch, try logout the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it then restart the phone.

Login again and wait for any pair and link prompts and sync.

You can use Edit [middle right with green popup] to add/delete/move tiles and goals, and click the Discover tab at the bottom, and scroll down to Health & Fitness section to find what's missing.

If you don't get a readiness score you probably don't need premium, snore detection is probably the only other feature which requires it but as that uses a lot of battery it is unlikely you will need it permanently.

The readiness score is derived from information available without premium, see how it is calculated - What is the premium Daily Readiness Score?

See here the premium features comparison.

Thank you for your reply, I have done 5his so many times, turned off watch, logged out of app, turned off phone and restarted then added everything again, so many times it's totally frustrating 😔 I really want to stay with my fit it tech but I am paying for stuff that doesn't work or now doesn't exist. 🤔😔 I don't really like the Garmin they are big and bulky but what other option, I suppose a pixel watch, but the battery life is horrendous 😮🤔

Thank you for your reply, well have done that and everything else I have mentioned already, just performed the cache clear and restarted but the tile is greyed out and it says there is no readiness score. It also says I have no heart rate data! Well I'm so hacked off now. I wear it 24/7 except for a shower. I'm lost now as to how to move forward.

@Ladycaz- depending on your watch there may be a fault - probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support to do proper diagnostics.
