Premium issues and ZERO refund issued

I was charged for another year of Premium, I don't use it in the slightest (it came with the watch, and I never understood how to cancel), it's a completely useless feature, and found it EXTREMELY hard to cancel, I spent the good part of a day trying to understand HOW to cancel and read many Forums about it (my app had no subscription listed, my account on the website had no subscription either). I had to go digging through my spam inbox to find the "subscription renewal" email, that I had never seen (because it was marked spam), and finally had a way to cancel. But too late, it charged my account and I cancelled at 12:19AM. I have called customer support, and they refuse, and I mean REFUSE to refund me, at all.  $80 is a lot to a family these days, that's grocery money for us, and now it's gone to a useless subscription that is never used? 

Am I the only one this happened to? Is Fitbit just total crap these days? They can't offer refunds the DAY AFTER it was charged when I tried desperately to cancel it the day before???? Someone please help 😞 did anyone ever get a refund? I'm feeling really frustrated and helpless.

I used to love Fitbit, I've recommended it to everyone I know. I have convinced several people to buy them because of the great technology, but with terrible customer service and 0 help or grace and making CANCELLATION ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, I'm no longer recommending Fitbit. This will be my last Watch from them, if this is now how they treat us customers.
