So I bought premium then canceled it. I believed it would still be available for the year. On my phone and iPad it still says it’s available until September 2024. It also says it expired as of November 15.  It is not in any of my devices. I called fitbit. Of course the call dropped and they have not called me back as of yet. So what do I do now?
