I would like to request that Fitbit billing remove the language 'Fitbit Premium Membership (3 Month)' from the reminder emails and anywhere on the fitbit.com site or billing portal, to the words Monthly Premium subscription. The '3 Month' wording is misleading, creating confusion as to whether the subscription is really quartely (as the wording suggests) vs. monthly (in actuality). I explained this to 'Nicole' on 4/7/21, when we spoke about this issue, since I'm getting monthly emails about this. She told me she made notations about this in her transcription of services today.
Thank you

Hi @MizSBR I've moved your post out of hardware support and into the premium support.
Also please not that words in all caps is considered rude and yelling. If you would like to emphasize something you should use bold, a different font size or type or color, italics, and not yell.
Please re-read the community guidelines.

Thank you for your response. Accept my apologies for the all caps spelling.
It was indeed a case of emphasis.--
Best,
