So with the recent preorder deal for the Sense 2, you get 6 months of premium for free. So as a current Sense owner but wanting to upgrade, why not take advantage of this… right?
Most products out there, if you already have a subscription to their service and you get an upgrade which comes with a free trial period they just throw that free month or 3 months into the rotation of your billing period. But not Fitbit… no, that would be too much. So you are forced to cancel your subscription… but even then… nope. The pre-order still recognizes that you are currently subscribed. So what now? Let it expire completely and THEN do the pre-order? Alas, the chance to get a free sport band is gone now. The support chat, their solution was the equivalent to the “did you turn it off and on?”… wait 24 hours and it should work. Well I waited 24… then I waited 48… now it’s been 72 hrs. Every piece of electronics I have is from another company… except my watch. But not now. I’ll pro-order from a company that has an easier subscription service… they don’t have one for their watch? You don’t say.
