Readiness History Gone

My past readiness scores are gone since Fitbit’s announcement last week that readiness is now a free feature, and I haven’t gotten a score since…anyone else? I paid premium to have that metric. Wondering if that history will come back once I start getting readiness scores again?

Yes.   All readiness history gone and no new scores being recorded.   I've tried turning the readiness score tile off and on.   I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Please update your Fitbit devices to the latest firmware version in order to get it available. Some users have reported the history loss and our team is investigating this. You can check this thread.
