When I installed the recent update I opened the app and got a message saying that improvements had been made to the readiness score, making it more accurate and it will be available it non-premium members (I have premium). However, my readiness no longer shows and all previous data has gone. It just says “calibrating” and “wear your Fitbit for 7 more nights”. But it’s been saying that for nearly a week.
I’ve logged out, back in. Rebooted phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve completely removed my device, reset it and re-added it. Nothing has fixed it.
Anyone else had this?

Update - the app still shows calibrating with 7 days left. If I go to week it showed me todays readiness score -but without a breakdown and without the suggestions of appropriate workouts which was a feature I really liked.
Best AnswerI have readiness data now for today. However ALL of my history is gone. Not the service I expect for a premium user and if I lose my data I have really little incentive to stay with you to be honest.
Hi Juan,
The instructions say we should have a Set Focus option called “Build Cardio Fitness” to set as a tile at the top of the Home Screen as per below. However, when I swipe through my options, there is no such option appearing?
.
Best AnswerI know have the history but am tired of the lack of proactive communication. This should be taught in business schools as an example of how to destroy a brand in +/- 3 easy moves.
Same here, only seeing today’s data for readiness. The new detail screen is ok but without any historical data it still pretty much useless. To add further insult, estimated oxygen variation and sleeping heart rate are missing from today’s sleep stats (are shown in yesterday’s data) and it did not record breathing rate so no O2 sat calculation in health metrics.
Please tell me what I’m paying for as a premium user.
I finallly got a score this morning but all my historical data is still missing. What is the fix for this or is our data just gone forever?
this update has been terrible and clearly wasn’t rushed or untested
My history has gone again. If this is likely to happen due to whatever it is they’re doing to fix their mess - why cannot they not say this is likely to happen. Honestly, they just don’t care.
Just randomly one day, or did you have to do anything? How long did you have to wait?

Hi,
After updating the app last night, although it still showed no difference, this morning I now have a readiness score. However, the historical data is till missing.
Regards
Best AnswerMe too, my Sense readiness data disappeared over a week ago (I have premium). Keen to get this issue fixed.
Best AnswerHi Juan,
Thanks. However, there are still 3 problems relating to this new change, not just the data.
1) No historical data showing. (Thanks for feeding this back to developers)
2) “Build Cardio Fitness” option as a combination Tile to select at the top of the Home Screen is not showing up for me as described in the Help article you sent.
3) The “See trends” link accessed from the new Readiness detailed screens does not work properly. We can see these trends from the Health Metrics tile but the link on the new screens should be fixed. Hasn’t been tested properly.
thanks
Exactly - especially I can't se edetails about my readiness like before. So today my score is 54 - why?
Before it would show that exercise was high, rest was moderate, etc and that the body needed recovery. If my score was high and it would recommend going intense in a workout for the day ifs because my body had enough sleep, no longer strained, and is ready for fhe day - now its just ridiculous
I have been wearing my Fitbit to sleep for MONTHS I even charge it for an hour during the day so never at night. I can no longer access my old readiness scores - my maximum is 1 night before.
Also - my steps are less accurate - sometimes it doesn't pick up anymore steps / walking (by 4,000 at least)
Texts don't usually come through
I deleted and reinstalled the fitbit app but nothing has changed
I really thought it was just me but seeing people on this forum complain after this new update makes me think why hasn'f the fitbit team done anything ????
Best AnswerIt used to be more detailed than that before
Best AnswerHi Juan,
just when I thought things were improving, today I have no readiness score. Two days of scores, then nothing. It’s been well over 20 mins which is the wait time as per instructions. Several hours.
This latest change has been a disaster. Can you please feedback that they need to roll back this change, then comprehensively test it before they re-release it. It’s been appalling the issues we have experienced.
I have no confidence anymore in this product.
Hi Juan,
My situation is strange. I have 4.26.1 app and I have the old readiness score option with try premium sign, as it was in the old app.
Rebooted, reinstalled the app and I get the same sign (" Check that you have an active premium membership") See photo below
but I dont have a suscription, I have just an expired trial that came with the watch.
Would appreciate your help to fix this, thanks!
Hi Juan,
things have gone a bit silent from you. Are there any updates? I am still not seeing this under Set My Focus. It is not available to select and I don’t get any info about what cardio load to aim for….. when is this all going to get resolved????
