When I installed the recent update I opened the app and got a message saying that improvements had been made to the readiness score, making it more accurate and it will be available it non-premium members (I have premium). However, my readiness no longer shows and all previous data has gone. It just says “calibrating” and “wear your Fitbit for 7 more nights”. But it’s been saying that for nearly a week.
I’ve logged out, back in. Rebooted phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve completely removed my device, reset it and re-added it. Nothing has fixed it.
Anyone else had this?

Google watch.
Readiness gone and sleep details of poorer quality since a few days 😞

I have been facing this issue for the past month. No readiness score! Even the sleep -edit hack suggested by some folks has not worked for me. I'm premium member and this seems like a serious deficiency in service

I had been getting a score and now it's gone again. When is this but going to be fixed?

no readiness score today. I am getting my sleep scores and everything else just fine. A lot of people on Facebook are reporting no readiness score today. First time for me.

I received my readiness score for a couple of weeks - and no score today! Plus yesterday it was glitchy - included a prior days steps in my step count and I had to delete them.

I have also been relying on the hack but yesterday I modified my sleep by a minute, re-saved, refreshed/re-synced and it didn’t work like it has been. I had to re-sync a couple of times and it finally worked. Today the hack worked as per usual. One sleep edit, save and a refresh pull down sync.
It is ridiculous that the developers can’t seem to fix this. I don’t know any other software company that has bugs in their product for so long without any correspondence to its user base about what is happening. I’m about to upgrade to a Charge 6 but am seriously thinking about whether to swap to another device because of this latest experience. I’ve been a Fitbit user for 8 years and this stuff up is by far the worst they have ever had and ironically it’s after they have been swallowed up by Google…..

I've got the readiness 8 times in the last month and a half. Not all together, then disappears again. Android user with latest updates on phone and app but the problem is clearly with the app. Very disappointed.

My readiness also has gone and it's just got the do 22 minutes which makes up the 150 a week. How to get it back again?

@JuanFitbit No change - no history for steps, distance, floors, calories... Can see the data for the day and still getting weekly e-mails with the historical data - but app still cannot show the historical data from the Fitbit servers.

Finally my readiness school in the Android app is now back and working and I can see all of the previous history of all my readiness scores within the app for the past months it's been missing
Thank you for finally fixing this after many months.

It's there a discount to put premium monthly membership costs while we are helping you figure this out? My data had been missing for most of this year. I did the trouble shooting, I waited for the release of the update and then installed it - the readiness data is still hit and miss. How can the company take a year to fix one glitch?
