Readiness data gone and no longer logging

When I installed the recent update I opened the app and got a message saying that improvements had been made to the readiness score, making it more accurate and it will be available it non-premium members (I have premium). However, my readiness no longer shows and all previous data has gone. It just says “calibrating” and “wear your Fitbit for 7 more nights”. But it’s been saying that for nearly a week.
I’ve logged out, back in. Rebooted phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve completely removed my device, reset it and re-added it. Nothing has fixed it.

Anyone else had this?

Not sure what you mean but I am told after pressing the score tile  43 Moderate Readiness - A moderate score means you're ready for moderate exercise and has aa dial next to it colored 43 %

Which is the message I am used to getting and I find good guidance and as I get older a good basis for going forward ie do this today or rest or go full bore - so had ride and kept myself in heart rate zone 2-3  for about 45 minutes. (my judgement).

I use Polar HR OH1 or H10 with mobile Polarflo app  attached to handlebars so I can see where my heart rate is at all times

As I get older I am  keen to rationalize to one easy platform with AI in terms of Exercise/Sleep/Nutrition/Meditation-Mindfulness/Medical Alerts -  all the players are really heading to this "centre of town" but as usual they are risk averse in terms of what is brave and possible because of liability.

Each seems to do well in different areas but happy to wait for real value adding features ie good utility function for ME.

Hi everybody ! Thank you for your messages and feedback. I'm glad that some of you are already getting the Readiness score again.

I've reported the missing historical data to our Team.
 Hopefully it'll get restored soon.
I'll let you know as soon as I receive the info .

Mine is missing to. It is really annoying.

Hi Juan,

I’ve had a total of 2 scores in a whole week. Can you please ask the team to scrap this change and revert back to the old version!!!! This is getting ridiculous.

Same I liked it better the old way. I like seeing a graph that shows the up and down times of my activity, sleep, and heart thing. Enough of this bar stuff with whatever average thing. That tells me nothing and also while I can see the sleep score on my fitbit it doesn't say anything for those three things when I tap to view it. I was much happier with it saying low/average/intense  (Or high) Seriously is that bar average thing for my average or just the average range of someone in my age group? and majority of my scores of 100 have changed and are not like in the 60's. Change it back. Also doesn't really show anything in the readiness score part of sleep just tells me good when I know up until they have screwed with it it was great/ high.

I don't remember there being any post in the product feedback asking to change it.

No, I'm not getting the suggested activity level either!  I miss it. Plus my readiness score has dropped significantly.  I've read that it's been "improved" but what changed? Ugh!  I hate these constant changes! Especially when they are rolled out and they don't work or changes just for the heck of it. Why move things around just so that we have to hunt for things???

Starting to get a clue about a pattern here. Even with wearing the fitbit all the time. Does it mean, all the time without taking it off to charge or to shower? Otherwise we lose the readiness scores? Hmmm, will keep it on constantly then and see what happens to the readiness scores. Our Fitbit world is changing.

Yes I'm missing that too. The recommended Activity level. It was a real big help. Unless they moved it somewhere? Can't find it in Coach.

Hi Juan, the above answer is from the 26 Sept 2024. I'm facing the same issues on the 14th Oct 2024, with the app update. Do you have a solution yet please?

Even wearing it 24/7 for a week and (much) more makes no difference. Yesterday I thought the daily score had come back. Now I think about it though I charged my charge 6 yesterday after I had my daily score and I didn’t get a score today. I’ve only had one score since they disappeared at the beginning of last week.

Back for one day then pffft gone again

trying to work out how to remove tile as it is definitely a waste of space after promising so much

Still no daily readiness scores coming in since the update. Very frustrating! Please fix this problem!

My score has gone from showing every day for 18+ months to not showing at all after update 4.27, to showing once weekly (if at all) after all the troubleshooting (take readiness tile away then put it back on again; uninstall Fitbit app and reinstall; check for more updates; check phone is compatible. I'm a premium customer with a compatible phone (Google Pixel 7pro) and installed the latest update in September. Nothing is working. I've delayed asking what to do to give Fitbit time to fix the glitch but I'm losing patience. I have a muscle disorder and rely on the readiness score to guide my physical activity each day. Please help.

I was fine with the change until today even with recalibrating previous data, but readiness has not updated today despite having worn it for the last 30hrs.  I too have premium.  Can you help?

Hi Juan,

This is still a problem.

I have the correct version of the app and I wear my google pixel watch all the time yet no daily readiness data is displayed.

The solutions about adding tiles on my watch - useless because the tile isn't even there to add on my watch.

Can you please provide more information on how to get this function to work? I paid for premium so have had the daily readiness for some time (and it was one of the reasons I got premium... which now doesn't matter because it's now available to everyone) and it was only with the recent update that it stopped.

I'm going to cancel my premium subscription

Fitbit sense. Have checked and have updated software.   Since free readiness score - nothing first day, score on second day then nothing since. Been 2 weeks.  Done all the troubleshooting.   Free is no good if it doesn’t work.  What’s the problem? What’s the fix?
