I yesterday played a waterpolo match that I had to add manually to the Fitbit app, as you cannot wear a watch during a waterpolo game.
No active zone minutes are logged for manually added activities. As the Readiness score appears to be based partially on the number of zone minutes, this Readiness score is now calculated incorrectly giving incorrect guidance.
I know that it will probably will be difficult for people to provide accurate zone minute input for a manual exercise, but people either must be able to guess their readiness minutes, or otherwise it must be stated that Readiness score should not be used by people that manually add exercises as score will be incorrect.

Hello @TheArk and welcome to the Help forum. Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article: What's my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app? There is a box for comments at the bottom of the page. Your situation isn't unique. Water polo isn't the only sport where watches aren't allowed. Please leave a comment as this is the best way to give feedback for this situation.
I am very confident that Fitbit won't change manual logging to allow even estimated active zone minutes. Active zone minutes are heart rate based and your thresholds for the zones will change if your resting heart rate changes. I think the best that users like you can hope for is the disclaimer that your Fitbit must be worn for readiness score accuracy.
I am also moving your post to the Premium forum. The daily readiness score is available for other devices. You comments will reach more users. More feedback from other users, particularly through the linked Help article, are more likely to get Fitbit's attention.
