Hi all,

I am having this error for hours now. I have tried everything (uninstall the app, restart fitbit, restart my phone... etc). Nothing seems to work!

What is going on?

Have also been having problems since yesterday (after being problem free for a long time - Versa3/Premium).  Sleep tracking has been off, health metrics are mostly missing and app is showing "No readiness score".  I expect that when the systems are better, all will recover.  My question is - where is the status of the servers being updated?  How can I track to know when it is safe to go back into the water?  Thanks!

PS - Server problems are hard to control.  Communication about server problems is much easier to control :).

Hi there, @rhbgames and a warm welcome to our new member, @amie_20@Heather-S Thanks for your help.

@amie_20 and @rhbgames Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting and the screenshots provided. As our friend mentioned, we had a disruption with our servers last week which prevented our members from accessing the Fitbit app. While this issue has been resolved, I understand how you're feeling and I'm sorry for this inconvenience.

To make sure everything is working on your end, please confirm if you're able to access and use the Fitbit app as you normally do.
