Do those dev even conduct in-house test before pushing updates out? Looking around the “forum” is like reading one star review on Amazon

I did all of the same things as well...rebooted, logged out and back in, restarted. No improvement. Chart still shows no data for Sleeping HR.

Update
Contacted Chat Support. Agent said they are aware of the problem and are working on it, but they could provide no details. I think this may be their lame standard answer they give to everyone, no matter the issue. They would give no estimate for resolution, nor an estimate for when they would have an estimated resolution. Honestly, the chat was kind of a joke. Why should anyone pay the premium subscription for this poor level of service?

Still blank sleeping heart rate chart for me. I have iPhone SE(1st gen, which is internally equivalent to a 6S), iOS 13.5.1. I also recently signed up for the heart study. Any common threads? Good news, the data is still there, because I can see it in the regular heart rate section. I am near the end of the Fitbit Premium free 3 month trial. If the app is always this buggy, I'll probably opt out.

I have the same issue. Started Thursday 6/8. Contacted on line chat yesterday-told to close device & log off iPhone 7 & then log back in on both. Wait until today to see if that fixed it. It has not. Not sure what to do now. Must be a tech issue?

I too am experiencing the same issue. No sleeping heart rate graph since Thursday 6/8, northern NSW, Australia. Very frustrating. Contacted live chat yesterday, told to turn off device & iPhone 7 & log back in to both and see what happens today. No change, same problem. What to do?

Did not work for me. Even after uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Restarting iPhone; restarting vesa 2. Nothing is working. Please fix this problem.

I’m also having this issue now with my Charge 4. The troubleshooting steps make no difference. I bought premium exactly for this feature so PLEASE FIX IT

My steps, heart rate and sleep data are all missing from my app. Updated to 3.27 6 days ago but the data all disappeared since then. Very frustrated

iPhone iOS 13.6
versa 2 v. 70.8.0
Fitbit 3.27
none of this started for me until I updated my Fitbit app on 8/6/20. I spent over 30 minutes on chat with Fitbit last night and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I closed the phone and rebooted. Even did a few somersaults for added help. Tech support apparently wasn’t familiar with this issue.
