9/7/2020 Update: This issue is resolved as of app update 3.29

Best AnswerHaving the same issue. Although I don’t recall it starting until about 5 days ago looking back it shows I first had this issue on 17/07.
tried what was suggested in this thread, logging out and back in with no success.
