9/7/2020 Update: This issue is resolved as of app update 3.29

 

 

We are aware of an issue where customers will see a blank Sleep HR graph on iOS. Our team is currently working on a fix and hope to have it resolved soon. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates and please ensure you keep your iOS app up to date.

Interesting indeed. Which Fitbit update is the latest for you? So the rest of us who are struggling with no sleeping heart rate graphs can see whether we have it yet. Also, knowing your latest update & whether Android or Apple OS update number helps to narrow the issue down to certain systems.

Having the same issue. Although I don’t recall it starting until about 5 days ago looking back it shows I first had this issue on 17/07. 
tried what was suggested in this thread, logging out and back in with no success.

No photos icon on my text editor toolbar. My FitBit with this problem is a Charge 3 version 20001.63.5. You can find my screenshot in the support@fitbit inbox about 5 minutes ago, from ebeffel@me.com.
