Best AnswerFor the past two days the app gives me a sleep score number, but HR graph is empty. Looking back at past data where I know it previously displayed produces the same result. App running on IOS with latest update. Rebooted Charge 4, no change. Rebooted iPhone, no change. Ideas?
I have the same problem, and those before/after pictures are exactly what mine looks like. It started about 3 days ago (I check it first thing every morning, so I knew immediately), but now looking back at history, the charts are wiped out on all previous days. Every day I checked shows the blank chart, even though it was there before.
I have a Charge 4, Iphone x, SW version 13.6. (And actually, this happened right about the time of the last iphone SW update.)
I have done all of this many times over the week and nothing! I have an iPhone 11 and charge 3 both updated to the most current updates. My husband has an iPhone 12 and the charge 4 and both of his are updated to the most current and his is also doing the same thing. You can’t even see the sleeping heart rate from months ago! Please get this issue fixed as there is many people having issues!
Best AnswerI am also doing the heart study and have no sleep data for the past few nights. I have been wearing my ionic at bedtime. I also lost some activity minutes and steps on Saturday.
Best AnswerHello,
I am having the same problem. I cannot see my Sleep Restoration data as it pertains to resting heart rate. I also track my sleep score closely and I want to see this data. Furthermore, I am paying for this data as a Premium subscriber. Please advise.
I had this problem from the last update on my iPhone 8 with iOS 13.5.1. Then, a couple of days ago, the graph reappeared. I thought it had been fixed. Then, today, it disappeared again. The app has not updated on my phone since Aug 3. It seems that the problem may not be in the app on the phone but in the service itself.

Best AnswerGood point. That would explain why my historical charts seemed to disappear gradually over the past two weeks.
I am presuming that the lurking Fitbit support monitor has referred this problem to the appropriate Fitbit software people for action. Meanwhile the sleep data seems to remain visible.

Mine seems to be intermittent, as i have a full graph for yesterday but not today or 3 days ago. The values are there but no graph. I tried turning off n on as others said but it didn’t fix the issue.
Is participating in the heart study the common thread? Is there anyone experiencing this problem who is not participating in the heart study?
Best AnswerSame issue here. iPhone 6S. App won't show the Sleeping HR Graph, has been like this for about a week. I've taken all the steps, restarted, reinstalled, toggled HR, etc... nothing resolves the issue. The data is there (avg bpm, above/below %s, restlessness %, etc... but no graphing). The graphing is the *only* reason I've remained a premium subscriber, so to say this is frustrating is a significant understatement.
