Hi, mine still wasn’t showing info on graph as of last night, but this morning it is showing again. I did do a restart of my phone a couple of times (just turned off the back on). Fingers crossed for you!

A new version is available to download from the App Store (3.28) today. Doesn’t seem to have fixed this bug though

Mine showed a graph this morning, however, it shows my sleep time starting at 12:54 when it was actual a couple hours earlier. Several on this thread also commented that when sleep started after midnight, the graph appeared. I concur that this has been this way done the bug started. The bug is not fixed. I’ll try the app update.

The restoration graph showed up this morning for first time since the beginning of August. Everything else appears to be working correctly...I hope. Technology all has its glitches. I thought it would be a day or two but it was half a month. Up to this point, Fitbit has been a great company-let’s show kindness and Fitbit will show kindness back. If anything, this is what this pandemic is teaching me. It would have been nice it FitBit had notified its customers, though.

Like others, same issue. Prior to the Firmware update, I’d see a graph with a trend line throughout the night showing the heart rate changes. Now it’s the same featureless chart others report.
Maybe the bugs and poor service are a tactic to convince EU regulators hostile to the proposed Google takeover of Fitbit that the data Fitbit will sell along with the devices is crappy? After all, the Telegraph showed Fitbit’s Versa3 to be the poorest at accurately recording steps out of 7 trackers, with an error rate of >8%. Presumably our other health data is similarly skewed, although if the errors stay constant at least they provide data points we all use.
It’s also been clear in these forums that you just have to hope your device & firmware never go bad, because their $ are spent on marketing & legal issues, not customer service. What else explains the persistence of some bugs (the Pilates one as an example) that persist for years across multiple versions & updates?

During Premium trial period i was getting the nightly heart reading, I have now started paying for premium subscription and it is no longer showing or been intermittent.
Why has this happened especially as I am now paying for it?

App 3.28
Version 20001.63.5
iPhone 11 Pro
I did finally confirm that I can bring up an HR Recovery chart by editing my sleep period to force the start and stop times into a single calendar day. But any sleep period that straddles midnight fails to create the HR Recovery chart.
so it’s likely an App software problem after all and not a remote server issue.
