Best AnswerI’m also on my 3rd Charge 3 within a year period. First two went kaput for no apparent reason. I’m also not seeing any graph data.
Best AnswerThere is a known issue for this on iOS. Hopefully this thread helps: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Fitbit-Premium-Coach/Sleep-Restoration-Heart-Rate-graph-is-blank-on-...
Best AnswerIs happening to me and I’m not in the study.
I tried this and it did not work. I think there is a problem with the app as so many people are experiencing this error.
Best AnswerI noticed that the Sleep HR Graph appears as it should on an older iPad. This suggests there is some problem with the new iPhone OS (13.6.1). Clearly, the data is there but is not displayed as it should be. Also, the HR Graph does not appear on the FITBIT download for Windows 10. The failure of FITBIT to correct these problems sooner is disappointing in the least. I have use several different FITBIT models for several years and these issues with the Ionic are the worst experience if have had. It certainly be part of my considerations when replacing the Ionic.
Best AnswerHi KateFitBit,
Thanks for the update. I was wondering if it’s related to my participation in the FitBit Heart Rate Study. I didn’t have this issue until after I joined the study, but didn’t notice a direct cause & effect.

Best AnswerYes, just updated to today's latest update - but no change to the sleep graph - still blank.
