Best AnswerI find it interesting that this problem is rolling out as opposed to happening to everyone at the same time. I am now on day 26 of seeing no sleep graph. That’s almost a full month. Others are reporting days and weeks. So, obviously it is related to an update. Because it’s also happening to androids, it isn’t an Apple issue. That makes it solely a Fitbit issue. For three years, I have dealt with 2 ionics not charging, constantly having to restart it to sync it with my cell or iPad, and now this. I’m not sure if I have the patience anymore.
In hindsight I wish I had invested in the Apple Watch. I upgraded from Fitbit charge 3. Had issues with the display and they replaced it. Why is this issue taking so long? They were sold to google not long ago! Do we all cancel our premium subscription to get them to move on the issue?

Best AnswerI hesitated before buying my second Ionic, but I was convinced my charging issues were caused by chlorine from the pool I was visiting several times a week. I didn’t see the advantage to the Apple Watch. Now I am out several hundred dollars, and regretting my decision. And, 10 months into a yearly Premium subscription. Ugh.
Best AnswerMy three-month Premium renewal is due at 6:37 p.m. today. I signed up for Premium primarily for the Advanced Sleep Analytics. Now that the Sleep Restoration Heart Rate graph has been blank for almost a month, all the history has been erased and we have not heard back from the moderator about this issue that they are "working on" since Aug. 20, I decided to cancel my subscription before today's deadline. When this is up and working again, I will probably renew. A month seems like a long time to fix an issue like this.
I wasn't aware of Android users seeing this same issue on their phones, so I pulled out my Android and pulled up the heart rate graph no problem (yes I have an iPhone and Android). I normally use my iPhone to pull up my sleep info, but guess I'll switch to my Android. I've been frustrated with not being able to see my Sleeping Heart Rate graph and didn't even think to try my Android until now. 😕iPhone

Best AnswerI never heard back from Fitbit on this issue. I’m still in the free trial for Premium but the lack of response and SHR graph now blank, I just cancelled. It was causing more stress than I wanted to deal with.
This is the reason why I paid for Premium. And now it doesn't work. Can I get a refund?
Edit: I just noticed that the restoration sleep graph worked if I went to bed after midnight. Sadly, I normally go to bed much earlier.
Best AnswerLost my sleep data also last detailed info was on 05th Aug 2020 . Not good when you are paying for a service which is not been given. Have tried many resets etc . Left the watch on charge for many hours yet still no sleep info. Funny that a NEW WATCH is now available to buy. Wonder how stupid Futbit must think their customers really are .
It would be good to know - I’m also having this issue with iPhone 8 and Charge 2. I am paying for Premium mostly for the extra sleep features as I’m really working on that and found this particular graph really useful.
Best AnswerYes buy a new watch cancel subscription and move on. Previous fitbit experience poor but gave benefit to them . Now this! Using a sun dial would be better . Also cheaper and more accurate.
