Silvia, thanks for the update. As you can see this is an important feature for many users. I would assume your team already has this information, but just in case, the graph information is missing when the sleep cycle begins in the PM hours. Any night I've gone to bed after 12:01am, I have a restoration graph along with data. This was posted by one other user, but my guess is that many others are experiencing the same.

If you could provide more frequent updates as to restoring this feature, it would be appreciated. Thanks again!

Interesting!  I just reset my sleep log to begin at 12:10 AM and, lo and behold, the restoration graph was displayed.  This, even more clearly, shows that the problem is a software glitch and the techies at Fitbit should be able to fix.  The fact that can't, or maybe won't, raises serious issues about their product support.

I replicated SteveAlaska’s “I just reset my sleep log to begin at 12:10 AM ...

For those interested:

I logged into my fitbit account, i.e. on a browser.

I went to the Sleep section (clicked on more).

I selected yesterday, as I know there was no graph yesterday.

I edited 10:30pm start to be 12:10am start.

I exited the Sleep section.

I went back into the Fitbit app and refreshed it.

Then clicked on Sleep, selecting yesterday, clicked on Restoration to find the graph working from 12:10am.

That’s really interesting. I also only started having this problem when I started paying premium. Makes it all the more annoying. I can’t even get mine to connect now after trying all sorts to get the thing working. They’re sending a replacement as it’s under warranty.

Mine is still not displaying the graph, it’s been like this for a couple weeks now

Yes, correct, the absence of our SHGs has been a problem since early August. Many, many Fitbit users have reported it. We also are all aware re the after midnight graphs showing but not the normal healthy sleeping routine of pre- midnight sleeping graphs. The nirm really. All our SHGs are now missing from our history.
Fitbit fix please? I’m likely to join the unsubscribers very soon however, there have been many already- not sure Fitbit is genuinely concerned that we unsubscribe and that we will advertise our disappointment regarding Fitbit’s lack of solving the problem important to many of us. I’m verging on telling everyone about the issue and not to bother with purchasing a Fitbit at all due to their lack of action. I await the flack!

My graph went up for a day and now doesn’t show again. Any update on when this will be fixed?

It’s very annoying that this problem has still not been fixed and it’s been I think over two weeks now! I feel we should get some sort of credit or extension of our Fitbit premium subscription

You're probably aware of this but I thought I'd share it anyway.  I have an old iPhone 6 that I kept in spite of upgrading to an iPhone 8 last year.  I decided to take a look at my Fitbit data in the Fitbit app on that old phone and guess what?  All my Sleep Restoration Heart Rate graph data displays just fine - I even went back and checked going all the way back to April.  I checked the iPhone IOS software version that it's running which is 12.4.  I can't find any information about the Fitbit version on it but I have not updated any software or apps for 6 mos - 1 year.  I hope you guys can get the current app version to work better with the current IOS version (my iPhone 8 is running 13.6.1) so the Sleep Restoration Heart Rate graph will work on that one, too!

In New Zealand they are launching a smarter Fitbit watch! Saw it on their fb page. When I upgrade again it won’t be  a Fitbit. I have never seen a large corporation behave in this way before. Extremely disappointing that there is only communication if you tweet them and they are well aware of the issue. There is no mass communication to premium subscribers . I have to wonder about their intentions. I am expecting reimbursement of my premium now.

Could be the people at Fitbit are too busy to deal with this problem. It's an interesting article, but I have to wonder...

What's doubly weird an totally unhelpful is that I am a Premium member subscribed to a heart study via Fitbit. I went back to August 11th to look at my heart activity graph because I had a stroke that day. That graph went shot up to 147bpm a little before noon, when I wasn't exercising, then went totally blank before 5pm when I had the stroke. Kind of let me down there.

Too bad about Fitbit letting everyone down.  Best wishes for a quick recovery from the stroke.
