Since the app updated yesterday, when checking my sleep score I noticed the graph that shows your resting heart rate is no longer showing the graphic. It seems to be logging the heart rate while sleeping OK just not displaying it on the graph. This is the case for everyday not just today.

The app on my iPhonexs does display my sleep heart rate on this graph but my iPad only sometimes displays my sleep heart rate on the graph.

In the Sleep Score -> Restoration section of the fitbit app it is not showing any data in the graph. I have a sleep score, and below the graph it shows all the stats like avg bpm, above resting heart rate etc.
The heart rate graph n the main heart rate page is displaying data.
It has been doing this since Sunday (8/2/202).
Anyway to solve this?

@hucmuc @Cromana @SunsetRunner @Boball The issue you are describing is an app feature, not a device feature. Are you iPhone or Android users? This needs to be brought to the attention of the engineers, but they need to know if it is with one version of the app or both. Also, what version of the app has the problem?

I'm on iPhone app, v3.27 (984).
The app history shows me this version went live 3 days ago, but I only updated the app today so I'm assuming this is the cause.

@hucmuc @Cromana @SunsetRunner @Boball I notified a moderator about this issue. I saw one report in the iOS forum, but none in the Android forum. If this turns out to be an iOS problem, this whole thread can be moved and merged with the other one.

Hello I had to return my Versa 2 and get another one and before everything was showing on the graph but tonight is the first time sleeping with my new one and there's no data on the graph. Does it take a few days to actually kick in? I tried restarting the device and deleting the app and reinstalling.
Also..what are two lines in front of the resting heart rate? Should that show a number because when I look back on all my other days there's always those 2 lines but it shows the info on the graph and info about my sleeping heart rate.

Same with me, I have iPhone 11 Pro Max and a Versa Lite that hasn’t shown sleep heart rate graph for 3rd night in a row. My app is up to date and my iOS software is updated to latest version. Seems to me this coincided with the app update to 3.27, but I wish it would get fixed!

My sleep cycle graph has not been showing up, nor a sleep score for the last 2 nights either. I am an android user.

Well I posted pretty much the same topic. I’m glad I’m not the only one. Mine was working yesterday but today nothing.
Can someone tell me what the two little lines in front of resting heart rate mean...are those two lines suppose to show a number? Thanks

@steveojp Sorry you are also experiencing a problem. There isn't a number there. When you HAVE a sleeping heart rate graph, there is a dashed line on the graph that is your resting heart rate.
