Thank you for your reply. All sleep stages are tracked and displayed. Only the one chart under Heart Rate Recovery is blank. The three screenshots shot the blank HR Recovery Chart, the Proper Sleep Stages chart and the proper Pulse Rate chart, all for the same time period.
this problem started in late July 2020.

I have an iPhone X max and the sleep restoration graph hasn’t been showing for past 3 nights either. App is up to date and so are IOS updates on phone. All other areas of data seem to be working.

Hi @steveojp @TheOGKirikou @LZeeW, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
@LZeeW thank you for your support!
@TheOGKirikou Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue, but can see the data if you go to the heart rate graph on the Today tab.
@steveojp I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that there is no data on sleep heart rate graph. Thank you for providing the additional details and screenshots, I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and I am here to help. In order to investigate, I would like to confirm if you see your resting heart rate from the Today tab? I recommend trying these steps in the following order:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app:
For iOS devices, see this article.
For Android devices, see this article. - Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to check your heart rate details.
Your sleeping heart rate, which is your heart rate while you’re asleep, is often lower than your resting heart rate. For more information about resting heart rate, see How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
I would like to advise that in order to see your sleeping heart rate in the Fitbit app, you need to purchase a Fitbit Premium subscription. For more information, see What's the difference between free and Fitbit Premium sleep information?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I think the most recent update to the app broke this feature. Fitbit, please fix this.

Same problem for me. Occurred right after app did a "cleanup/fix". I am on 3.27. Device is Charge 4. Hope my history is not lost.

Sylvia,
To be more detailed:
I wear the band fairly tightly, well above my wrist (2 fingers up). I sleep for way more than 3 hrs. I have tried rebooting the device and then sleeping, or sleeping and then rebooting, and nothing works. After the recent update, there is no longer a "Reboot" function on the watch itself, so I can't try that.
I can see all the other sleep data and metrics (and it's great!). But, I'd really like to also see this Sleeping HR metric, since I'm paying for that.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Fit bit, the sleeping graphed heart rate was showing in the restoration section until I updated the app last night, 8/6/20 ,on the advice of my Fitbit coach. Fitbit, please fix this, it’s a known issue for those paying for this Premium feature. It appears to be affecting iOS and android users

I haven’t had any info on my sleeping heart rate chart for 4 nights. And when I go back, all my sleeping heart rate history is gone. 😡

Hello, for the past two days my Sleep Restoration graph has been blank with no data. I still receive a sleep score for my sleep restoration/sleeping heart rate and also see the EOV graph, as well as the other graphs for REM and Time Asleep. I have a Premium subscription And synchronized to an iPhone 6. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

I forgot to add that my fitbit is updated. I have already rebooted the Fitbit, logged out of and shut down the app on my phone, and restates the phone.

@LiliyaFitbit One quick glance around the forum and you’ll see that multiple users are experiencing this issue which is clearly a result of the new iOS update. Getting a member to carry out these meaningless troubleshooting steps is counterproductive and a waste of everyone’s time when you should be using your position to raise this with the developers to get the app fixed.
Many users pay for Fitbit premium and this bug has existed for 4 days now. Are the devs even aware?

Good comment and questions.
Mine is a Charge 3, used on an iPhone. Problem started Sunday, which seems to be the same as others.
I’m on iOS 13.6, just updated yesterday.

I notice ALL my sleep restoration tracings are gone and that it started a few days ago, like you said.

***update***
My graph reappeared today (8/8)...blank since 8/1 (which are still blank) but today’s is there. Hopefully fixed! (?)
8/9 well, that was short lived - gone again this morning. So app issue is intermittent...grrrrr
