Since I did the last app update I only get simple sleep info. Is the detailed sleep something else Fitbit is taking away from us? Still waiting a exercise tracking heart rate fix from a year ago and now this...

@KateFitbit Try going to Fitbit in App Store. Instead of clicking “Open”, click on Fitbit logo. It should offer you an update. That solved my no graph problem.

It didn’t just a few days ago. Which is my point... they keep taking things away from loyal users. I’m on my fourth Fitbit and never had to pay for these features. This is why I upgraded to the HR. To track my heart rate during exercise and sleep and it’s worked for exercise up until a year ago and sleep till a few days ago. Starting to look at other tracking options at this point.

I did the same thing, and it worked for me. Since I did this a few days ago, my sleep restoration heart rate has been back!

Hi everyone!
Thank you for continue to post updates about this issue. I'm happy to hear that for the majority of users, the Sleep Restoration Heart Rate graph is showing data again.
For the ones that are still experiencing this, please make sure that you have installed the latest app version on your phone which is 3.29 and remember that this is only happening to iOS users. If you have an Android device, you may want to create a new thread for better assistance.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@SilviaFitbit. Thanks for the update Silvia. I have updated to 3.29 & iPhone 7 is iOS 13.6.1 - sleeping heart rate graph now showing since 1/9/20, as I’ve previously reported. Great to have it back.
My iPad Air 2 Updated this morning 6/9 to iPad iOS 13.7 however the sleeping heart rate graph is missing! Are you able to assist?

@KateFK, check what is the version of the Fitbit App on your iPad Air 2. You didn’t say in your post if it is also 3.29 as with your iPhone 7.
However, if it is already 3.29, then maybe what others have suggested before to remove the Fitbit App, then reinstall it, and refresh, would be a good bet.

I did the same and so far it’s fine. I just had to make sure location was on since my weather didn’t work without it.

Thanks everyone! I did delete my app & got it again & I didn’t loose any data 🙏. How easy, why didn’t Fitbit tell us that? Maybe they did I skipped over a few pages.
