I can see from previous posts this was an issue last August - says “resolved” but not sure how?

I’ve been getting a sleep score but no actual graph for the last few days. Previous graphs have also disappeared.

Hi everyone, I've merged some threads together. This should be resolved in iOS app update 3.41, please keep an eye out for that, it's currently rolling out.

I noticed that this was an issue back in 8/2020 but I am experiencing it for the first time in April 2021.  Is there an easy fix for this.  I have a Charge 3, a Premium subscription, and the other graphs are all working.  Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a new Inspire 2 and the Premium subscription that came with it. The same thing stopped working for me a week or so ago, and now even if I go back to nights it had worked, that graph is blank.

Moderator has commented on another post over on the Inspire2 board that there is a bug on the latest update and Fitbit are aware of it. No ETA on resolution though.

I’m having the same problem with my inspire 2. Could it be a IOS update?

Same problem for my Versa 2 starting Monday of this week. I had the same problem last year and had to wait for a Fitbit update that fixed it. Nothing appeared to get done until numerous people reported it.

My wife and I are having the same issue.

It started about 4 weeks ago with an iOS update.

I found what worked is that there is a new Fitbit update in the App store and it didn't automatically update.

The FitBit App update resolved the issue.
Thanks.

Thankyou Kate. My app has actually not updated since 5th April (and that’s when the issue started) and I can see that one is pending now however bizarrely a graph was created for last night. Previous graphs not available but as long as there are no issues going forward I don’t mind!
