I am a 52 year old woman with arthritis, lumbar spondylosis, no cartilage in her knees. I have signed up for the 1 month free and $79.99 for a year Fitbit premium. The ONLY application I needed from this purchase with cardio and strength coached exercises. I am sadly disappointed to say that you have nothing to offer me. It seems to me that fitbit is missing a HUGE opportunity to reach out to and help make a REAL difference in the lives of it's clients. If you can not direct me to the coaching sessions that have no running, jumping, squats, lunghes, standing for long periods, then this program is of no good to me and I can use Youtube videos for free. I look forward to a response. Or a refund.
Thank you

@Kneesee Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for sharing detailed information in the forums.
I see where your disappointment is coming from. Currently, Fitbit Coach offers 4 programs which are Get Moving, Get Lean, Get Strong and Daily Dose, if a session has workouts that are no a good for you, you could skip it and continue with the session; at the end, rate it to ensure you provide feedback and each workout is customized for you.
Note that Fitbit subscriptions are non refundable. Since you mentioned that you signed up for the trial, make sure you cancel it before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Additionally you may want to vote for this idea, they are reviewed by our team and the status will change depending on Fitbit plans.
Hope this helps.
