Stress Management Score Breakdown missing Charge 5

Hi,

 

I've had my charge 5 for several weeks now. On a premium subscription. (Previously had a Charge 4).

 

My Stress Management score breakdown is missing. I get the message "Score breakdown included with Fitbit Premium"

 

I do 20,000+ steps a day

Wear the Fitbit all the time, except to charge.

Sleep is recorded and in the correct range.

 

I can find posts from February, which claim Fitbit is aware of the issue and fixing it. It's been 5 months why isn't this issue resolved?

@magic_mushy   Premium users see their score in a circle, three bar graphs, and the score breakdown note you mention.  The bar graphs are Responsiveness, Exertion balance, and Sleep patterns.  Non-premium users only see the circle with the number, an invitation to subscribe to Premium, but no score breakdown note like you and I see.  I have Premium and my husband doesn't, so I know what the two screens look like.  Your description sounds like you are getting your Premium breakdown.  The only issue I see is that Fitbit didn't describe it very well on the app screen.

I can't interact with Responsiveness, Exertion balance or Sleep patterns.

That only shows a default help screen. Not a score breakdown.

I can't even see the score breakdown?

After contacting chat help on three occasions recently, and trying the suggestions they gave me I still have no score breakdown?

Not got anywhere with Fitbit yet, Issue reported but as yet no reply. But I will keep trying!
