I received my iconic yesterday. It is setup. I elected to start premium trial and it is nowhere to be found on my fitbit or phone app. It shows in my manage subscription and i received a google pay receipt. I have nothing indicating I have premium certainly not 45 mindfulness events.

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to the Community. It's nice to hear that you joined Fitbit Premium.
Since you mentioned that you purchased your subscription through your phone app, but you're not seeing it on your app, please restore your subscription purchase by doing the following:
> your profile picture.
Once you've done this, please tap on the "Discover" button of your app and check if all the features are unlocked.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I have the same issue where I can't access the mindfulness premium sessions on the app. I go to Discover, and I only see the free ones. I followed the above steps, and even logged in and out of the app, reinstalled it etc... But I still can't see the premium features. I've been paying a monthly subscription for almost a year now and it's been working great, except since this past renewal subscription date in September. Thanks.

@mmroc1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. It's pretty weird that you're not seeing the Premium Mindfulness sessions even though you're a Premium user. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will contact you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations we may take a bit longer to get back to you.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions!
