Unable to cancel Premium subscription

All the instructions say you need to go into the app and select "manage membership" but when I do it takes me to Google Play "Subscriptions get started" I cannot find the Fitbit app.  I checked to see if there was an update, I needed but there was none available for Fitbit or Google Play.  I cannot access the premium membership on the computer and all instructions using the app do not work.

Additionally, when I go into Google Play, payments & subscriptions, subscriptions tab it is blank, there is nothing listed.

Thanks for sharing all these details with me. If a Premium subscription was acquired, it should appear listed in the Fitbit app as well as the app store of your phone. If you don't see anything listed, it might be that the subscription is cancelled. Nevertheless, I'd suggest contacting Google Play support so they can provide you with assistance.

Keep in mind that if your subscription was purchased in the Google Play Store using PayPal, you need to cancel your subscription from your PayPal account. For more information, visit the PayPal help site.
