Hi All,
I am trying to pre-order a charge 5 for myself and for my spouse, however when I try to add the second <Fitbit Premium Membership (6 Month Membership), 0,00 €t> to the second Fitbit, the site throws <You can only purchase one membership at a time.>.
Are we going to be able to claim the free membership for the second Fitbit if we place the order with only one membership added?

@Tom_R_M Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for your interest in Fitbit Charge 5.
When purchasing a Fitbit device and adding the Premium membership to the cart, the subscription will activate on your account as soon as the order is placed. This is why you're unable to select two Premium subscriptions for one order.
In this case, it's recommended to create a Fitbit account for each one, then place the order using the email address that has been used to create your Fitbit account. This way both will have access to the Premium trial that comes with Charge 5.

Keep in mind that your trail will start as soon as you place the pre-order. It doesn't start when your fitbit device is delivered.
