Unable to purchase Fitbit Premium

Hi I'm new and have been trying to buy a premium for my Fitbit but its coming up error and saying I've already purchased it but when go on it doesn't work help thanks

It seems that you already purchased your Fitbit Premium subscription but it's not showing up in your account, please restore your purchases and let me know the result: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.
