When I was trying to start a subscription to fitbit coach, I filled in my payment info and the payment was cleared, but then the app started loading. It went on for a while until it said an error occured while paying. I waited and then tried to unlock the content but it didnt work. I checked my bank account and the money has been transferred, but I still don't have access to the coach content. While I try to open the locked content it asks me to buy premium. When I press the buy button an error occurs and says "your product will be available in a few minutes." I have now waited more than 40 hours. I want my money back if I won't get the content.
