Understanding Advanced Sleep Analytics

Hi, I am a bit confused about what the Advanced Sleep Analytics data is trying to tell me. I think my problem is I don't know what is normal (common) for these data sets. For example, my blood oxygen shoots straight up and down, up and down, all night according to the Fitbit data. I have sleep apnea but I religiously use my CPAP and my doctor can see the data from my CPAP machine and told me at my last visit earlier this year that the CPAP settings were working great (although I am constantly tired despite my CPAP use). Does this fitbit data mean I am still having apnea events? And for sleeping heart rate, my heart rate was above my resting heart rate 80% of the night. My average was 70 bpm. Again, I'm not sure if this is what it is supposed to be, and I'm not sure if I need to be drawing a particular conclusion based on the data. Is there any additional documentation available on what to do with this information? I think it would be cool to have an option to review the data with a medical professional, even as an extra cost. This information will be much more valuable if I knew what the heck it's supposed to mean. Thank you for your help.
