Hi! So, after 3 years with Fitbit, I finally succumbed to trying out Fitbit Premium and I'm really disappointed. The biggest thing I was hoping for was more information about my tracking information. When I click on "Health Metrics", it doesn't really have good information on what those health metrics mean. I may be over simplistic, but to me, if I'm paying for a "Premium edition" of $10/month (which I won't unless I cancel), there should be better & easier explanations of how to read my results. Specifically, I'd like it to say "this range is normal", "this is what your numbers indicate". For $10 a month, I don't think you get a lot. I can easily google YouTube for exercise videos.

I agree with you that the premium features are not worth the cost. It just reveals how poorly fitbit analyses our data. I am very dissappointed too because I think the devices are good but if the software doesn't take advantage of them, it's all for nothing.

Thank you, Sylvia. I know all of this already. It just reaffirms that the Premium Plan is not worth it.
