Upgraded to Premium but heart assessment isn't displaying

Hi everyone! I recently upgraded to the premium option and all the icons, such as the heart assessment, is not on my watch, hence I cannot track it. I have switched phone and watch off to rebook as well as constantly syncing it and it will not work.

 

Kindly advice

@Ritazz Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Glad to hear that you upgraded to Premium. 

 

In order to provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting, answer to the following questions: 

 

- Which Fitbit do you have? 

- Is it tracking your heart rate data?

- Are you referring to the heart rate variability on the Health Metrics tile?
