Hi,
I just bought a Versa 3, upgrading from Versa 2. I use to have a Premium account through the VA, but it is no longer active. I want to activate the 6 month trial that is a advertised with my purchase. I didn't see any codes or instructions on this. Please help me. Thanks. Mark

Thanks, but that did not work. The 6 month trial did not show up. I did do a chat to set up the refund of the annual plan. If I hadn't chatted, I am sure there would not have been a refund. I think the process above needs to be looked at as I have seen it posted as response on other posts.
