I have a PW2 and a "renew active" Premium subscription, I use a Pixel 8 Pro. Most premium features show up but the wellness report is missing. I go to the explore premium page and get a lot of stuff with "fitbit care" at the top, no where can I locate the wellness report. Fitbit support says to contact my insurance company, after I reinstalled the app. Are there differing versions of "premium" since the app clearly has me enrolled in premium yet no option to find the wellness report? Can't see that contacting the insurance? company would do much good.
