@ginnyhar Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

I appreciate the details mentioned. It's pretty weird that you're unable to access Fitbit Coach from your windows laptop. In this case, I would like you to confirm you're logging into Fitbit Coach by going to this URL. 

If you keep getting an error, please provide me with a screenshot of the error message you're receiving.
