Active Minutes not Tracking

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Today I have a 105 minute outdoor bike ride (80 minutes in heart rate zones), but my Active Minutes is at 18.  Since outdoor biking doesn't count steps, I feel like I didn't get any "credit" for 14 miles on a bike this morning.

Hello @holderkt

Is there any possibility that there were small stops or rests during the bike ride? Even a small one minute reduction in the activity's perceived intensity can cause the Fitbit to stop counting active minutes.

Additionally I'd like to ask you, what Fitbit model are you using?

Look forward to your reply.
