I want to return my Versa 2. I got their 35% off deal just over a month ago. I wanted to purchase the protection plan days after I purchased it. The first Fitbit told me to WAIT till the NEXT pop up near 30 days. I called when it never popped up…31 or 32 days. Long story short, I couldn’t buy it from Fitbit…and couldn’t buy it from Square Trade…cause I was now past 30 days! FRUSTRATING!!! Buy the protection plan!!! These trackers do NOT last 2 years!!! I want to return it. NO Fitbit personnel will share how to do this. Help!!! Thank you in advance!!!!

Hi @Mrmike20 you got this from Fitbit.com? There is a return window of 45 days from the time it was purchased. If it's over that time period, you can't return it. Sometimes our credit card companies give us a warranty that we're not aware of, so you could always ask them if you're covered in the event of a problem. Click to read the returns information.
