Blinking Lights on Flex2

Help! All my Flex2 is doing is blinking...how do I fix it?

Hi. Try restarting it - that should fix it. Let us know how you go.

 

RESTART PROCEEDURE
Put your tracker into the charger so it has the charging lights showing. Then press the small button on the back of the charger 3 times within 5 seconds. It will vibrate with each press and then when all three are done it will very briefly flash all lights and then go back to charging lights and it is all done

When I press reset, there is no vibrating and it's still just blinking.

Did you press three times within 30 seconds? If that didnt work, do the complete restart three times in a row. If that doesnt work then you had better contact customer support. Let us know how you go.

I contacted Fitbit and they replaced my Flex2 at no charge. Customer service was great.

Was your fitbit flex 2 still under warranty?because mine is a year old in September and they wont replace it. Im so angry and its doing what yours is doing.

If the tracker is no longer under warranty then Fitbit wont replce it, which seems fair enough to me.

No its not fair of its a manufacturer issue as i believe this is. No worries because I went to Michael Kors smart watch. 2 year warranty and lifetime manufacturer's issues. 

I have had 4 fitbits and my 2 newest which is the versa and flex 2 have been nothing but a problem. But it's ok. 

 

This customer here is gone.
