I've been having a problem with syncing for the last week, I have turned my bluetooth on and off loads of time this week, but it still wasn't always syncing. It was also no longer connected to my weight loss app. I have now uninstalled my device but it now won't let me add it back in. I have uninstalled the app many times and turned bluetooth off and on and it's still not letting me set it up again. Thank6

I am having the same issue. My flex two worked fine this morning and then it stopped syncing. I unpaired it from my phone and now it will not pair back up. This is very frustrating

My Flex2 is doing the same. It synced last night and as I was getting my last steps in I went to sync again and is said can’t locate device - it’s been doing that ever since. I’ve charged my Fitbit and it’s fully charged and I can see the colours increasing with my steps but the app still can’t locate. I’ve logged out, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, I’ve turned phone on and off, I’ve disconnected Bluetooth and reconnected but nothing is working.

Yeah, I experienced this too. I tried un/re-installing the app, turning Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and my phone on and off again, unpairing my Flex 2 (unable to re-pair), and clearing the app cache. Nothing has worked.

Wait one night. That’s what I did in this morning I tried and was able to pair without a problem. My Fitbit flex two has been working all day without any problems. I walked and Swim today. I hope yours gets fixed after tonight.

Unfortunately this is like the 3rd day I haven't been able to re-pair it.
I don't want to lose my progress, I also get a small insurance incentive for clocking 10k steps a day and this is linked to my Ftibit.

I am having this exact same problem. iPhone Bluetooth can find and connect. The app can find my device but cannot connect. As a last resort I am going to let device die, recharge and hope for better outcome. I can’t lose my Fitbit I love it!

Did letting it die work??
I'm having the same issue and I don't want to lose my progress, but nothing is syncing ☹️

Mine worked after 24 hrs and a complete charge. You may want to call customer service to see if they can look into your account

I found another suggestion from awhile back that said to reset your tracker and it worked. So far so good staying connected. I reset tracker by putting the device into the charging cable, plugged into wall, pressed button on back of cable 3 times in 5 seconds. At first it didn’t look like anything was happening but then the lights flashed and kept going. About a minute later it went back to normal charging lights. After that I popped it back into the wrist band and connected to the app. It’s been a week since it disconnected and I’m so glad to finally have it resolved!
