Hi!
i recently bought flex2 and am having trouble updating the tracker.
tried re adding the tracker in the app, tried updating via windows , nothing works.
Any suggestions?

Let me help help you updating your Flex 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Start by restarting your Flex 2. After this go to your phone and remove all devices listed in the bluetooth area. Retry the update or check these instructions.
