I left my fitbit flex on charge and when I tried to activate this morning, it was dead. I deleted it and re installed but when it gets to the pairing, it cant find my flex. Any suggestions please. I have lights showing as normal but it is just not responding.thanks

Hi @Dogxtc1 I'm not sure what is meant by activate unit?
It sounds like you removed the tracker from your Fitbit account, but have you removed the tracker from your phones Bluetooth.
We may still have to fix this morning's problem before we can setup the Flex.

I deleted mine because I understood that fitbit support had said to do so. Original problem was that flex was not synching to app. Now, it recognizes flex (after many tried) but by the end the app tells me that I need to abort. Some error occurred. But nothing else.
If someone can help, would appreciate it. And fitbit needs to understand that we don’t wanna update to a bigger device, they need to truly give support to this item.
