My flex wont stop counting. Have reset,reinstalled app. What can i do?

Hi @Shelbyhelp  the app wouldn't be the problem, but it seems your Flex might be. Try restarting it a few more times. The Flex is getting older, I'm sure, since it was retired quite some time ago. Usually restarting fixes simple glitches, if it doesn't work, there might not be a way to get it going properly again.

Thank you. Kept trying reset& charging a few days. Even removed flex & reinstalled & it finally reset & is working!
