Device not turning on

My Flex 2 will not charge, no lights are on or blinking.  It does not vibrate when placed in the charger and the restart did nothing. 

I was working fine in the morning but by night time it seems to be dead.

Hi @MLZNH that doesnt sound too good! Try a few more restarts, but if they dont help it sounds like it has died and you will have to contact Support.
