Got a flex2 yesterday would not turn on ... just flashes the firbit symbol with some sort of writings.  Sat on charger all night, still will no turn on

Hi @Lee55, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It seems that you're not using the Fitbit Flex 2 because such model doesn't have a display. That being said, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using before I provide you some troubleshooting steps? You can check this article as a reference. In the meantime I receive your answer, please restart your device and try the steps that were shared by our dear friend @WendyB and let me know how it goes.
