Erasing data

My new Flex 5 won't stay charged so I am returning it. How do I made sure all the data is erased before I return it?

Hi @KMKS60  Flex 5? The Flex series was retired years ago. You mean Charge 5?

Oops - yes - I mean Charge 5.  I was able to get my needed info through the Fitbit chat feature.  Thank you anyway!
