I cannot get past the sync set up on the flex. I’ve cleared my Bluetooth, added/deleted app, fully charged device, turned phone on/off...all the things previously recommended. Any other insight?

May I ask which Fitbit model you have @Mmueller, and which phone you are seeing the error on?
You have posted in the Flex board and it has been 5 years since they where made.
