I have used Flex 2 for more than 2 years. This week, both of my Flex 2 showed Battery Empty on App. I tried to charge them and reset them many times. No vibration as usual when place into the charger. One light is blinking all the time and no more charging. I can still set up and sync them on App. Out of warranty. I found one topic in the forum to press the button on the charger many time for a few minutes but it did nor work. Any idea to revitalise them? TIA.

Problem could be the contact points on the sensor or the charging pins in the charger. Have you tried cleaning them both with rubbing alcohol? If that doesn’t work might be worth buying/trying new charger before throwing them away. Think they’re less than $10. You might also try charging it w/a diff charging block or a PC. Good luck 🤞

Thank you, Nancy. I tried cleaning pins and contacts as well as charged with different chargers. Nothing worked.

You're not going mad! I've had the same issue at the same time. Worked for years and then suddenly .... nothing. I've cleaned and I've reset (as you described).
However, doesn't appear to be a charging issue for me. The lights flash as normal to show device charging until lights show its fully charged. But then the device battery quickly drains within a few hours.

Did any of you find a way to replace the batteries in it? I have the same problem and I want to try to fix it

Forgot to mention another thing I had to do. Over time, it doesn’t fit as snugly in the charger so I unbent a rubberized paper clip & used it to make the fit tighter. Hope it works for you 🤞
