I'm confused as to what is ment by reset, is your data not being reset to zero at midnight? Or are you asking about a restart proedure ?
Make sure that the Flex 2 is in its charger and that the charger is plugged in do that the Flex 2 is charging.
How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi,
My Flex 2 serms to have died today. The battery is charged but it is not syncing and there are no lights when I tap it. Put it back in the charger and all 5 lights are just intermittently flashing. Pressing the reset button doesn't do anything! What else should I try?

@Sporty7 it takes more than a press of the button, which needs to be held in while the Flex 2 is in its charger and the charger is plugged in and charging. I'm not sure if this is what steps where performed.

@LiliyaFitbit thank you for your reply. I confirm that I have tried all the steps to reset. It will not reset - I have tried several times. The 5 lights; 4 white and 1 pink just keep flashing and nothing else happens.

I have the same problem - my tracker went flat while I was away and now is flashing all the lights with the pink down the bottom in the charger. It won’t reset and the app doesn’t show it needs an update. Thanks for your help
