Fitbit Flex Won't Pair

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Fitbit Flex that has not been paired for quite some time. When I try to pair it with the app it says "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.fitbit.HTTP error 400.)" I've also tried pairing it with my Mac and the dongle. How can I get this Fitbit paired?

Hi @C20,

Have you tried resetting the Fitbit and then setting it up as a new device?

I don’t know if anybody else has tried setting it up as a new device, but I just did and it did not help at all.

@C20 are you trying to pair the tracker through the phones Bluetooth. This can not be done.

If your tracker is still connected to your Fitbit account, then open the fitbit app, log in, your good to go.

If not connected to your Fitbit account. Then add the device.

Hi, did you have other fitbits on your account? you may have to remove all the other ones, add the Flex, and put the others back on. Mine did that to me 😉

Good luck!

If I reset my Flex will I lose all my badges?

I don't think so, as long as you sync your device before unpair/ remove the device, everything that's on you account/app/dash board will be still there. Think about it, they won't erase all your accomplishment when you upgrade!
