I have a new cell and the app doesn't seem to be connecting with the app. It says the last time it found it was in Feb. I keep fooling with it but can't figure it out. Any suggestions?

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

 

Also, have you checked that your new phone works with Fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

I actually searched for another thread and found one. Someone had an issue and someone told her what to try so I tried it and was able to get it to sync. Thanks for checking on me.
